Melaine A. Williams, Founder and CEO, leads as the visionary and heartbeat of this organization. The product herself of a single parent household; she understands the difficulty of the journey. And though she is now married and raising children of her own, those memories left an indelible mark on her that fueled a passion to help other single parent families.
Author and mentor, Warren Bennis, once said that “Becoming a leader is synonymous with becoming yourself. It is precisely that simple and it is also that difficult.” A fitting quote.
